Some features of Zivazi may require a subscription or one-time payment. If you subscribe to a premium service, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
• You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date and for any charges associated with your account.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

• We are not liable for any loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of data, arising from the use ofthe platform, or from your interactions with other users.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated details or the success of connections made via the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zivazi, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of the rights of others.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration orin the courts of England and Wales.
